Our Classes

Hapkido combines joint locks, pressure points, throws, kicks, and strikes for practical self-defense. Hapkido emphasizes circular motion, non-resistive movements, and control of the opponent.

At this time Hapkido is taught during weekend seminars by Mr. Hartley, 5th Dan. The seminars provide a variety of conditioning, strengthening excercises and gymnastics as well as instruction in self-defense and weapons training.
