Taught by Master Cariati, the Cardio Kickboxing class is a fat-burning total body workout designed to achieve maximum results, developing a toned and sculpted body. This heart-pumping cardio program includes kicks, punches, and other conditioning excercises in a fun and relaxed surrounding.
